If the contract starts from the middle of month, the monthly rent
for the first months rent will be calculated on a daily bases.
- In case the room you would like to reserve is currently vacant:
- You can reserve the room anytime before it becomes vacant.
- Please note: your daily rent fee will start from the 4th day from the day
you make the reservation.
- (e.g.) Monday - Reservation day: Thursday - Your rent fee will start

In case the room you would like to reserve is currently occupied:
- We can reserve the apartment for you after we receive the reservation fee.
- Your daily rent fee will start within 7 days after it becomes vacant.

Reservation fee is 50,000 yen.

The reservation fee will be applied toward the deposit after you sign the contract.

If the pre-installed furniture is damaged or missing due to the fault of tenant,
we may have to charge you for its cost.
- Your refundable deposit will be transfered to your bank account
after your move out room and return the key.
