MAKE A RESERVATION

Case1:
Room you wish to reserve is currently vacant 		Case2:

  • You can reserve the apartment without having to pay the rent fee for up to 3 working days after we receive the reservation fee.
  • We can contact the current tenant about allowing you to see the property.
  • You can reserve the room anytime before it becomes vacant, by paying the resavation deposit. (your daily rent will start within seven days after it become vacant)
  • If you intend to move in more than seven days after it become vacant, but you do not want to fulfill the contract, then please wait until it becomes vacant and follow the Case1.
  • Reservation fee varies depend on property and the type of contract.
    Apartment: 50.000 yen
    Guesthouse: 30.000yen
    Backpackers: n/a
    Private office: Deposit amount
  • You can reserve the room by cash, by bank transfer (overseas remittance is acceptable), or Credit Card (Visa or Master)
  • Your reservation fee will be appropriate to the deposit after you sign contract.
  • In case of cancellation, the reservation fee is not subject to refund.


SIGN THE CONTRACT
  • Please come to our office to sigh the contract between 9AM to 6PM. Close on Sat / Sun / National Holidays / New Years.
  • Bring your passport, and/or alien/or registration card with you, and your share mate or family members as well if you intend to live with them.
  • You will also need the rest of the money to fulfill the contract.
